Unlimited Consultations via email, phone, texting from the time contract is signed to event date

Within 6 weeks of event date manage any established contracts to ensure all monies are paid to vendors by due date and vendors are confirmed

Within 6 weeks of event date confirm all rentals (if applicable)

Within 6 weeks of the wedding establish the rehearsal and day of timelines in conjunction with the couple and hired vendors

Within 2 weeks of event date provide timeline for vendors and venue

If couple is hiring transportation work in conjunction with transportation company to establish timeline

Assist in creating inventory list of all items to be set up & packed up with notations  

Assist as needed with design including ceremony and reception floor plan 

Final Meeting within 4 weeks of the event date

Coordinate rehearsal: introductions, set up review, venue walk through, ceremony walk through

Set up for day of 

Management and coordination with ceremony, and reception location personnel, vendors, wedding party, and wedding guests

Day of coordination and event management until event commences 

Breakdown/Clean Up of personal items and event space
