I am Lauren Flate- Gianakakis the face behind LfG Co. Weddings & Events

For as long as I can remember I have been organized, had an ability to multi task and been able to implement systems. While in high stress situations I have the ability to stay calm, cool, and collected while keeping a level head and a clear mind.  This led to several of my friends asking me to assist with the day of their weddings to ensure things went smoothly. I loved it but always just chalked it up to doing a "favor".

In 2020, my husband & I got married. I loved all things that I had to do to prepare for my wedding from design to the day of details to coordinating my vendors. I quickly realized I had a real passion for the weddings & event industry.

 

We had been assigned a venue coordinator who was not helpful, the communication was sparse, and the day of our wedding he was no where to be found until the end of the event. This made me quickly realize I never wanted anyone to go through a situation like we had. With the passion and drive I had behind helping others LfG Co. came to life.

It started small but has quickly gained traction and in 2023 I managed and coordinated close to 30 weddings & events. I have had the incredible opportunity to become a partnered wedding coordinator at Connemara House Farm in Topsfield, MA which has given me the ability to connect with countless event professionals and gain education under Connemara House's sales manager who has been in the wedding and event industry for 30+ years.

My husband and I reside in Kingston, NH with our dog, Ollie. We enjoy all things outdoors from boating in the summer in Ipswich, MA to snowmobiling and snowboarding in the winter. I also manage a dental office full time in Amesbury, MA.
